Hopefully the house plans have now gone to council to be approved. We had a small amount of paperwork to return to the builder but were told last week this wasn't required before the plans could be submitted to council. Hubby has to ring the builders tomorrow to check on one item on the final details. A case of a colour change that we were told had been made but hasn't been changed in our last piece of paperwork. We will either be able to change this in pen ourselves and initial the change or they will need to reprint the paperwork. Will find out tomorrow.
